1. Two Eggs Any Style - Two Eggs of your choice served with beans, potatoes, and two bacon or sausage.

2. Buttermilk Pancakes – Three fluffy buttermilk pancakes with powdered sugar, and maple syrup.

3. Chorizo Breakfast Burrito - Scrambled eggs and chorizo with potatoes and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla.

4. Menudo or Pozole – “THE BEST IN TOWN!” Served daily with all the fixing’s.

5. Huevos con Chilaquiles – Delicious tortilla chips tossed in salsa verde or roja and topped with cheese and egg.

6. Huevos a la Mexicana – Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, and tomatoes.

7. Huevos con Nopalitos – Scrambled eggs tossed with onions, tomatoes, and nopales.

8. Huevos Rancheros – Two eggs served on a corn tortilla, topped with salsa ranchera, chicharron verde, chile verde or chile colorado.

9. Huevos con Chorizo – Homemade chorizo tossed with scrambled eggs.

10. Huevos con Machaca – Shredded beef tossed with onions, peppers and scrambled eggs.

11. The Jack Thomas Omelet – Named after my good friend, this huge three egg omelet is filled with our home-style chorizo and jack cheese.

12. Marco Z’s Breakfast Enchiladas – Scrambled egg and cheese filled flour tortillas topped with chile verde.
